Bohol Hotel and Restaurant Overview: Belian Hotel and Adelaida Café

Belian Hotel is a modern, budget hotel within the heart of Tagbilaran City, Bohol. This establishment holds fifty-two rooms that are broken down into nine categories: Standard Room, Standard Room Twin Single, Standard Room Twin Double, Superior Room, Deluxe Triple Room, Family Room, Deluxe Room, Executive Room, and Superior Room Twin Double.

Each room in Belian Hotel bears hotel-class mattress which surely sends guests to a good-night sleep.

I particularly loved how some rooms had wide windows that allow much light in.

Sweet dreams!

Art is evident in lobbies and in every room.

For banquets and events, the Lotus Hall, located at Belian Hotel’s sixth floor, can house up to a hundred guests.

Every floor in the establishment has its own smoking lounge.

Restaurant Overview

Belian Hotel is home to one of Bohol’s underrated dining experiences – Adelaida Café. It was named in honor of their family’s long-time nanny.

Adelaida Café can accommodate around 30-40 heads. Upon request, it can be divided into function rooms suitable for business meetings, trainings, and seminars.

The café’s interiors strike a balance between modern and homey feel (this also applies to the hotel’s lobby and rooms too!).

Adelaida Café’s food was tasty to my liking, contrary to what I hear from locals who say it is bland. Items served were well-presented and in warm condition (well, except for the drinks and dessert😛).

Burnt top brings excitement to the palate!

It could be easily noticed how the kitchen department goes extra mile. The presentation was just wow for a simple dish.

I haven’t had gyros for years already so I was delighted to know it’s part of their menu.

Adelaida’s pita comes in cute size and thin surface that it’s rollable a la burrito, the meat had a rich flavor on its own, and the sauce was light.
